JOHN FAHEY (Managing Director)
John is the managing Director of Wellington Weedspraying Services Limited; John has lead the company from this position for the last 20 years. Under John’s direction the company has grown from one spray unit operating from a private address in Lower Hutt, to a company operating from commercial premises in both Hutt City and Auckland City. John has developed a company culture that embrace’s professionalism and commitment to quality service. This Company culture motivates and encourages staff at all levels to take personal ownership and to continually strive to better themselves through ongoing training and goal setting. The same culture is based on building partnering relationships with clients, based on superior commitment and quality assurance management systems.
The staff employed by Wellington Weedspraying Services Limited and the reputation the Company has established with their client’s, is testimony to the success of this management culture.
GLENN BOND (Company Manager/Quality Assurance Manager)
Glenn is the Company Manager and is currently based in Wellington. For the past 15 years he has been in charge of all contract management. Glenn has been working for the company for 20 years and is a Registered Chemical Applicator/HSNO Approved Handler, Level 1 STMS and Qualified First Aider. Glenn has developed many of the quality systems we use to meet client’s performance standards and expectations and monitor our contract work.
KARST VAN DIGGELE (Financial Manager/Health & Safety Manager)
Karst is the companies Financial Manager in charge of all the financial and administration tasks, and has held this position for the previous 17 years. Karst also manages implements and maintains the Health and Safety System.
RHYS BOND/DAVID HARE (Senior Spray Staff)
Rhys and David have both been with the company for 15 years, in which time both have become Registered Chemical Applicators/HSNO Approved Handlers, Level 1 Traffic Controllers and Qualified First Aiders.
